Job Description:

Responsible for greeting and offering sales assistance to customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner. Assist in the execution of merchandising and operational functions that reflect that of Four Seasons Standards. Performs/assists in other duties as assigned including, but not limited to: fitting room recovery, housekeeping duties, preparation and participation in quarterly physical inventory, price changes, and shipping to guests.

Job Responsibility:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services and use this knowledge to build sales and repeat clientele
  • Aware of all promotions and advertisements
  • Keep updated with current trends in the respective markets
  • Passion and creativity for visual merchandising
  • Enjoy meeting and interacting with guests
  • demonstrate an enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Maintain a neat orderly appearance of store facilities by cleaning, organizing and tidying
  • Also requires keeping product sized and straightened

Requirements:

  • Experience required by position is from three months to one full year of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organizations
  • Oral and written proficiency in the English language
  • Basic math skills
  • Prior experience in sales and customer service
