We are currently looking for a Retail Associate to join our Cairns team. No optical experience is required – we provide world class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience. Job Responsibility:

  • Meeting and greeting customers and providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Processing specialised orders for our customers
  • Driving sales through providing customers with informative knowledge on our luxury and cutting-edge products

Requirements:

  • Previous retail, sales or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and people skills
