Job Description:

Join our team as a Retail Associate at Metropolis Resort. You'll ensure an exceptional guest shopping experience, maintain inventory levels, and support retail and redemption operations across the resort.

Job Responsibility:

Greet and assist guests
Provide product knowledge and recommendations
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
Monitor inventory levels in Action City, Hotel, and Chaos
Alert buyers when stock is low
Conduct monthly inventory checks and maintain records
Organize back stock and receive new shipments
Ensure proper sizes and styles are available
Maintain clean and appealing displays
Observe guest interactions with displays and suggest improvements
Collaborate with buyers on product pricing and display locations
Process transactions accurately
Assist with pricing and tagging merchandise
Participate in promotions and special events
Keep retail areas clean, organized, and safe

Requirements:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Awareness of trends and buying behavior
Attention to detail and multitasking ability
Basic math skills for transactions
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 pounds
