Retail Associate

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere
• Help customers navigate products and answer questions about cannabis options
• Provide recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
• Ensure every guest leaves with a positive experience
• Process purchases using the point-of-sale system
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately
• Prepare and package orders for customers
• Assist in multiple areas of the dispensary including reception, sales floor, and order fulfillment
• Help receive, organize, and stock inventory deliveries
• Maintain clean, organized retail and storage spaces
• Follow all company policies and state cannabis regulations
• Work closely with your teammates and leadership to keep operations running smoothly
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed during busy periods

• At least 21 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable handling cash transactions and using POS systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Able to obtain a state Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card after hire

Cannabis industry experience is helpful but not required—we’ll train the right candidate.
