Requirements

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

Job Responsibility

Greet and assist guests
Provide product knowledge and recommendations
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
Monitor inventory levels in Action City, Hotel, and Chaos
Alert buyers when stock is low
Conduct monthly inventory checks and maintain records
Organize back stock and receive new shipments
Ensure proper sizes and styles are available
Maintain clean and appealing displays
Observe guest interactions with displays and suggest improvements

ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
active and valid government issued photo identification
21 years of age or older
high school diploma or GED
ability to obtain and maintain Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card in accordance with State law

Job Responsibility
