Job Description:

The Retail Associate Manager works in partnership with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team in order to deliver T-Mobile's aspirations of earning a place in the customer’s heart and employees' success. This role includes responsibilities such as managing customer experiences, ensuring team development, maintaining store systems, delivering financial results, and interacting with employees to guarantee monthly success measurements.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for infusing every store’s Mobile Experts with a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto
ensure every need the customer has is met
ensure employees build the customer’s confidence
complete observations of Mobile Experts’ interactions with customers
manage customer wait time
lead by example and stay up to date on products and services
interact with Mobile Experts to ensure monthly success measurements are met
maintain store quality and adhere to national standards
use visual displays effectively
ensure team knowledge of store systems
deliver financial results based on key performance indicators
identify ways to manage and control store expenses
manage discounting and credits

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
communication
leadership
store operations
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
