Job Description:

The Retail Associate Manager works in partnership with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team in order to deliver T-Mobile's aspirations of earning a place in our customer's hearts and Mobile Expert success.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and develop the store team
Deliver T-Mobile's aspirations of earning a place in our customer's hearts and Mobile Expert success
Infuse every store’s Mobile Experts with a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto
Ensure that every need the customer has when coming into the store is met
Complete observations of Mobile Experts’ interactions with customers
Effectively manage customer wait time
Keep current on products, services, and promotions
Lead by example
Assist in maintaining the quality of the overall store environment
Ensure team knowledge of store systems
Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators

Requirements:

1 year of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results
Outstanding communicator with the ability to interact with teammates and customers
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
High School Diploma or GED
