Job Description:

The Retail Associate Manager works in partnership with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team in order to deliver T-Mobile's aspirations of earning a place in our customer's hearts and Mobile Expert success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Infuse every store’s Mobile Experts with a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto
  • Ensure every customer need is met and employees solve the whole problem
  • Complete observations of Mobile Experts’ interactions with customers for development
  • Effectively manage customer wait time
  • Keep current on products, services and promotions
  • Lead by example, staying up to date on latest products and leadership best practices
  • Ensure Mobile Experts meet/exceed monthly success measurements
  • Assist in maintaining store environment quality and adhere to plan-o-gram standards
  • Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications
  • Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators
  • Manage store expenses, discounting and credits

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
