Our Retail Assistants are focused on delivering operational excellence by ensuring seamless store functionality, efficient inventory management, and supporting an outstanding customer experience. You’ll be instrumental in optimising daily processes, maintaining a well-organised retail environment, and contributing to the overall performance and success of the business.
Job Responsibility:
Keep our store beautiful, clean, and perfectly merchandised
Support stock control, promotions, repairs, lay-bys, and point-of-sale
Fulfil Omni Channel orders (Click & Collect, Ship from Store, Virtual Appointments)
Work collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive team
Ensure health, safety, and security practices are always followed
Requirements:
A strong customer service focus and attention to detail
High personal presentation and a professional attitude
Excellent communication skills
Previous retail or administration experience (a bonus, but not essential)
