• Genuine interest in or experience within the automotive industry
• Previous experience in automotive retail, parts supply, mechanical workshops, or related fields highly valued
• Confidence working in a retail or sales environment
• Strong communication skills and excellent phone manner
• Team-focused and ‘can do’ attitude
• Must be a people person and a passionate customer service expert
• Ability for safe lifting, bending & climbing
