This is not a sales-driven role. There are no sales targets and no weekend work required. Instead, you’ll be the operational backbone of the store — the person who keeps everything organised, efficient, and running smoothly each day. Job Responsibility:
Maintaining a beautifully presented, clean, and well-merchandised store
Managing stock flow, inventory accuracy, repairs, lay-bys, and promotions
Supporting point-of-sale processes and store administration
Fulfilling Omni Channel orders (Click & Collect & Ship from Store)
Acting as the “glue” of the store — supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive, hands-on approach
Pride in maintaining high standards
A collaborative and supportive team mindset
Previous retail or administrative experience (preferred but not essential)
