Bevilles is on a mission to become Australia’s ultimate destination for value jewellery — and we’re looking for a dedicated Retail Assistant to help keep our Northland store running seamlessly behind the scenes. This is not a sales-driven role. There are no sales targets and no weekend work required. Instead, you’ll be the operational backbone of the store — the person who keeps everything organised, efficient, and running smoothly each day. If you thrive on structure, take pride in presentation, and enjoy being the reliable team member who holds everything together, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintaining a beautifully presented, clean, and well-merchandised store
  • Managing stock flow, inventory accuracy, repairs, lay-bys, and promotions
  • Supporting point-of-sale processes and store administration
  • Fulfilling Omni Channel orders (Click & Collect & Ship from Store)
  • Acting as the “glue” of the store — supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach
  • Pride in maintaining high standards
  • A collaborative and supportive team mindset
  • Previous retail or administrative experience (preferred but not essential)
