This is not a sales-focused role. There are no sales targets and no weekend work. Instead, you’ll be the organisational heartbeat of the store, the person who keeps everything running efficiently, accurately, and beautifully every day. Job Responsibility:
Ensuring the store is clean, well-presented, and visually merchandised to a high standard
Managing stock flow, inventory accuracy, repairs, lay-bys, and promotional activity
Supporting point-of-sale processes and general store administration
Fulfilling Omni Channel orders (Click & Collect and Ship from Store)
Acting as the “glue” of the team — helping maintain smooth, efficient daily operations
Requirements:
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
A proactive, hands-on approach to tasks
Pride in maintaining high standards of presentation and accuracy
A team-first mindset with a supportive attitude
Previous retail or administrative experience (advantageous but not essential)
