Retail assistants play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth store operations, handling tasks from cleaning, sales support to inventory management.
Job Responsibility:
Greet customers warmly and assist with their enquiries
Provide excellent customer service
comfortable in engaging with customers
Provide product information and recommendations
Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately and efficiently
Maintain clean, organised, and well-stocked shelves
Maintain clean, presentable shop, including entrance, floors and till areas
Receive, unpack, and display merchandise
Assist with stock control and inventory checks, highlighting shortages
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
Follow store policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines
Support promotions and sales initiatives
Requirements:
