Job Description:

At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great experience in store, and as a Retail Assistant with an interest or experience in automotive, your key focus is to deliver expert guidance that helps customers find the right products for their vehicle needs. This starts from the moment the customer walks in the door, through providing knowledgeable advice around our automotive products, upselling where you can, and efficiently processing the sale at the till.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure safety for self, teammates, and customers

  • Process stock (receive, dispatch, store)
  • Be an enthusiastic, cooperative, and collaborative team member

Requirements:

  • Genuine interest in or experience within the automotive industry
  • Previous experience in automotive retail, parts supply, mechanical workshops, or related fields
  • Confidence working in a retail or sales environment
  • Strong communication skills and excellent phone manner
  • Team-focused and 'can do' attitude
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability for safe lifting, bending & climbing
