About the Role: At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great experience in store and as a Retail Assistant your key focus is to ensure this - This starts from the moment the customer walks in the door, to providing guidance around our products and ensuring they find what they need, upselling where you can and processing the sale at the till.
Job Responsibility:
Providing genuine service and creating a lasting impression with our customers
having superstar selling skills that contribute to the sales performance of the store
being a team player and contributing towards the store's success
maintaining exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom
processing stock and ensuring shelves are adequately stocked
Requirements:
Previous retail and/or customer service experience
confident working in a retail/sales environment
strong communication skills
excellent phone manner
team-focused and 'can do' attitude
an interest in automotive is a plus
