Job Description

At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great experience in store and as a Retail Assistant your key focus is to ensure this - This starts from the moment the customer walks in the door, to providing guidance around our products and ensuring they find what they need, upselling where you can and processing the sale at the till.

Job Responsibility

  • Providing genuine service and creating lasting impressions with customers
  • Contributing to sales performance with selling skills
  • Being a team player and contributing to store success
  • Maintaining exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom
  • Processing stock and ensuring shelves are adequately stocked

Requirements

  • People person
  • Passionate customer service expert
  • Previous retail and/or customer service experience
  • Confidence working in a retail/sales environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Team-focused and 'can do' attitude
