Job Description:

At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great experience in store and as a Retail Assistant your key focus is to ensure this - This starts from the moment the customer walks in the door, to providing guidance around our products and ensuring they find what they need, upselling where you can and processing the sale at the till.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing genuine service and creating lasting impressions with customers
  • using superstar selling skills to contribute to store sales performance
  • being a team player and contributing to store success
  • maintaining exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom
  • processing stock and ensuring shelves are adequately stocked.

Requirements:

  • Naturally a people person
  • passionate customer service expert
  • previous retail and/or customer service experience
  • confident working in a retail/sales environment
  • dealing with a variety of customers
  • strong communication skills
  • excellent phone manner
  • team-focused and 'can do' attitude
  • an interest in automotive is a plus (optional)
  • full training will be given on products
  • must be available Saturdays 8am-5:30pm & Sundays 9am-5pm.
