Job Description

Responsible for the daily operations of a location and delivering a best in class experience for the store team and for customers. Provide leadership, guidance, coaching and motivation to the retail sales team in order to deliver a superior customer experience and achieve desired sales results.

Job Responsibility

  • Achieves all sales and service metrics through daily supervision, coaching and consistent performance-management
  • Proactively coaches and develops store team
  • Provides on-boarding support
  • Ensures store environment follows planograms and branding standards
  • Oversees daily sales floor responsibilities
  • Drives store operations consistency
  • Drives operational excellence with focus on inventory management
  • Reviews store reports for improvement opportunities
  • Coaches team on product positioning
  • Ensures customers are treated with courtesy and professionalism
  • Remains current on products and services
  • Administers cash handling policies
  • Leverages tools to monitor customer feedback
  • Is well-versed in sales compensation plans
  • Builds collaborative relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • 5-7 Years relevant work experience
  • Customer Experience (CX)
  • Sales Floor
  • Coaching
  • Must be able to carry and lift up to 25 pound boxes, stand and move about the store constantly
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
