IOLLA is a Scottish based, direct to consumer, independent retailer of high quality eyewear; designed in house and enjoyed worldwide through our online and physical spaces. Our mission is to become the most popular prescription eyewear brand wherever we are. You will be based in our beautiful Cambridge showroom, and support with all aspects of daily operations in a vibrant and exciting space.
Job Responsibility:
Customer Experience - Provide each customer with an outstanding and inspirational brand experience
Share the IOLLA story and provide customers with tailored solutions to their eyewear needs
Recommend IOLLA products with confidence and enthusiasm
Optics - Help customers with all things optical
Understand their prescription
Help them select frames that best suit their needs and style
Learn all things aftercare
Brand - Drive brand awareness across the local community and beyond
Maintain exceptional brand standards across all areas
Pop Ups & Events - Support with showroom happenings and pop ups
Be pro-active at networking and building positive relationships
Operations: Support with all aspects of showroom operations

Requirements:
At least 1 year of retail / customer service or optical retail experience
Passion for fashion, with a focus on helping people look and feel great in their glasses
Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
Confident and excellent at building positive relationships
Self starter and enjoy working on your own and as part of a team
