Champion Customer Service & Engagement: Be highly visible, engage customers with personalised assistance, and promptly resolve inquiries and complaints. Ensure Store Presentation & Stock Quality: Monitor stock freshness and quality, ensure clean/organised shelves, and support overall store cleanliness. Drive Promotional Execution: Implement promotional displays and signage, ensuring campaign alignment and accurate point-of-sale materials. Support Smooth Operations: Collaborate effectively with the team ("Swarm") to achieve seamless daily operations and contribute to store objectives. Prioritise Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
