Job Description:

Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience. Support daily store operations by assisting customer needs. Maintain strong store presentation to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Champion Customer Service & Engagement: Be highly visible, engage customers with personalised assistance, and promptly resolve inquiries and complaints
  • Ensure Store Presentation & Stock Quality: Monitor stock freshness and quality, ensure clean/organised shelves, and support overall store cleanliness
  • Drive Promotional Execution: Implement promotional displays and signage, ensuring campaign alignment and accurate point-of-sale materials
  • Support Smooth Operations: Collaborate effectively with the team ("Swarm") to achieve seamless daily operations and contribute to store objectives
  • Prioritise Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements
