Job Responsibility:
Support the Retail Manager in the day to day running of the site
Oversee maintenance and upkeep of store ensuring a high level of cleanliness and tidiness
Assist with staff management including rostering, performance counselling, coaching and training and performance reviews
Liaise with the Supervisor in the management of daily staff and running issues
Set an example of professional behaviors, including presentation and conduct, for all team member to follow
Providing quality retail service in an efficient and friendly manner
Ensure the highest guest satisfaction
Assist the Retail Manager in achieving sales and average guest spend budgets
Requirements:
Self-motivated leader
Strong conflict resolution skills
Experience in a similar role
National Criminal History Check (mandatory step in recruitment process)
