Job Description

Provide efficient, accurate, and friendly service during the checkout process. Ensure a positive and satisfying customer shopping experience. Operate in full alignment with company standards and policies.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver Efficient Checkout Service: Accurately scan and pack orders, minimise wait times, and handle refunds courteously.
  • Engage and Resolve Customer Needs: Create positive customer interactions, respond to queries, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support Cash Management: Assist with cash office activities including banking, reconciliations, and investigating variances.
  • Maintain Store Standards & Safety: Ensure store areas are clean, organised, uphold uniform standards, and prioritise safety protocols.
  • Contribute to Service Improvement: Provide feedback and ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
