Job Description:

Two-year Apprenticeship Scheme structured to develop you in becoming a destination expert so that you can recommend and sell holidays, Cruise, UK Breaks and additional products. You'll put all customers at the heart of our business by creating unforgettable holiday experiences that make us the best-loved holiday company. Varied shift pattern each week including weekends, bank holidays and evenings.

Job Responsibility:

Use passion to inspire customers and colleagues
Exceed sales targets and objectives
Embrace change and rise to challenges of customer engaged role
Investigate and resolve customer questions or complaints
Receive training on various systems to enhance knowledge and skills
Complete practical and written assignments via online learning platform
Work towards Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification
Recommend and sell holidays, Cruise, UK Breaks and additional products
Create unforgettable holiday experiences for customers

Requirements:

Good knowledge of excellent customer service and a genuine passion to work within tourism
Dedicated to achieve goals, targets and a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification
Self-motivated and willing to act on feedback, remaining positive when faced with challenges
Willing to embrace change and adapt to new ways of working
A team player who engages and collaborates with our customers and colleagues
An organised individual who takes pride in their work and able to communicate effectively
Grade 9 – 4 GCSE or equivalent in both English and Maths
Able to work a varied shift pattern each week in-line with shop opening and closing times
