Job Description:

Join TUI as a Retail Apprentice Travel Advisor and gain valuable insight into the world of travel. This two-year Apprenticeship Scheme will help you develop as a destination expert to recommend and sell holidays, cruises, UK breaks, and additional products. You will receive training, have access to dedicated learning support, and gain a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification while providing exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable holiday experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Use your passion to inspire our customers and colleagues whilst enjoying a great amount of fun
Achieve and exceed sales and objectives
Embrace change and rise to the challenges of a customer-engaged role face-to-face and virtually
Investigate and resolve any questions or complaints with the help of colleagues
Receive training on systems to enhance knowledge and skills
Complete practical and written assignments via online learning
Aim to achieve a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of excellent customer service and a genuine passion to work within tourism
Dedicated to achieve, goals, targets and a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification
Self-motivated and willing to act on feedback, remaining positive when faced with challenges
Willing to embrace change and adapt to new ways of working
A team player who engages and collaborates with our customers and colleagues
An organised individual who takes pride in their work and able to communicate effectively
Achieved SCQF level 5 English and Maths
Able to work a varied shift pattern each week in-line with shop opening and closing times.
