Job Description:

As a Retail Apprentice Travel Advisor at TUI's Lakeside store, you'll gain insights into the travel world while working toward a Level 3 Travel Consultant Apprenticeship. Over two years, you'll develop expertise in recommending holidays, cruises, UK breaks, and additional products, all while ensuring exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable holiday experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Use your passion to inspire our customers and colleagues whilst enjoying a great amount of fun
your drive to achieve will lead you to exceed your sales and objectives
embrace change and rise to the challenges of a customer-engaged role face to face and virtually
investigate and resolve any question or complaint with the help of your colleague network
learn and adapt to a variety of systems while receiving training to enhance knowledge, skills and behaviours
complete practical and written assignments via your online learning platform with support from your manager and a dedicated learning coach.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of excellent customer service and a genuine passion to work within tourism
dedicated to achieve, goals, targets and a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification
self-motivated and willing to act on feedback, remaining positive when faced with challenges
willing to embrace change and adapt to new ways of working
a team player who engages and collaborates with our customers and colleagues
an organised individual who takes pride in their work and able to communicate effectively
grade 9 – 4 GCSE or equivalent in both English and Maths
able to work a varied shift pattern each week in-line with shop opening and closing times.
