Job Description:

Join TUI as a Retail Apprentice Travel Advisor in Sheffield Meadowhall. Gain insights into the travel industry, become a destination expert, recommend and sell holidays, and complete an apprenticeship to achieve a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.

Job Responsibility:

Use your passion to inspire our customers and colleagues whilst enjoying a great amount of fun
Your drive to achieve will lead you to exceed your sales and objectives
Embrace change and rise to the challenges of a customer engaged role face to face and virtually
Investigate and resolve any questions or complaints
Receive training on a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge, skills and behaviours
Complete practical and written assignments via an online learning platform with the goal of achieving a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of excellent customer service and a genuine passion to work within tourism
Dedicated to achieve, goals, targets and a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification
Self-motivated and willing to act on feedback, remaining positive when faced with challenges
Willing to embrace change and adapt to new ways of working
A team player who engages and collaborates with our customers and colleagues
An organised individual who takes pride in their work and able to communicate effectively
Grade 9 – 4 GCSE or equivalent in both English and Maths
Able to work a varied shift pattern each week in-line with shop opening and closing times.
