Job Responsibility:

  • Achievement of individual sales targets set by the business on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Ensure all administration associated with the role is completed correctly and within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure you consistently deliver a first class experience to all customers
  • Keeping updated on new products and services to be able to advise customers accordingly
  • Take ownership of customer's queries or needs, dealing with them in a positive manner to ensure all aspects are resolved and/or seen through to completion

Requirements:

  • Strong teammate with a focus on first class customer service
  • Previous experience delivering first class customer service
  • Open-minded, innovative and daring
  • Passion, drive and skills to help drive growth and excellence
  • Passionate about driving sales and supporting store and team in achieving critical metrics in sales and customer experience
  • Ability to take ownership of customer’s experience and issues to achieve a positive outcome
  • Flexibility on working hours due to store opening and closing times
  • Strong communicator with ability to tailor style depending on audience
  • Self-motivated, outgoing and energetic
  • Enjoy working on your own and as part of a wider team to achieve customer satisfaction and important metrics
