Job Responsibility

Achievement of individual sales targets set by the business on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Ensure all administration associated with the role is completed correctly and within agreed timeframes
Ensure consistent delivery of first class experience to all customers
Keep updated on new products and services to advise customers accordingly
Take ownership of customer's queries or needs, dealing with them in a positive manner to ensure all aspects are resolved and/or seen through to completion

Requirements

Strong teammate with a focus on first class customer service
Previous experience delivering first class customer service
Open-minded, innovative and daring
Passion, drive and skills to help drive growth and excellence
Passionate about driving sales and supporting store/team in achieving critical metrics
Guided by Customer Obsessed and Ambitious & Competitive values
Ability to take ownership of customer's experience and issues to achieve a positive outcome
Flexibility on working hours due to store opening/closing times
Strong communicator with ability to tailor style depending on audience
Self-motivated, outgoing and energetic
Enjoy working alone and as part of a wider team to achieve customer satisfaction and metrics
