Job Description:

This role is ideal for a commercially minded lawyer with strong experience in all aspects of special situations, restructuring and insolvency with a diverse client base. Job Responsibility:

  • Advise on complex, cross-border restructurings and insolvency matters for a diverse client base, including corporates, lenders, and investors
  • Work with key financing instruments, such as bank loans, high-yield debt, and intercreditor arrangements
  • Lead and contribute to multi-jurisdictional restructuring proceedings, drafting and negotiating high-value documentation
  • Take responsibility on matters, demonstrating strong technical, commercial, and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

  • England & Wales qualified with 3–5 years PQE in restructuring and Insolvency
  • Experienced across a broad range of corporate restructuring and bankruptcy work, with exposure to international matters
  • Enthusiastic, collaborative, and intellectually curious, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile, international practice
