We are seeking dependable Restoration Crew Members to join a growing team in Menomonee Falls, WI. This role involves assisting with residential and commercial restoration projects related to water, fire, mold, and storm damage. Candidates should be reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling is available depending on project needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration projects
  • Perform demolition, cleanup, and debris removal as needed
  • Operate restoration and drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers
  • Remove damaged materials including drywall, flooring, and insulation
  • Set up containment areas and assist with job site preparation
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow company safety procedures and restoration protocols
  • Work both independently and as part of a team on job sites

Requirements:

  • Previous restoration, construction, or labor experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
  • Comfortable working in various environments and conditions
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
