Job Responsibility:
Work closely with new franchisees, management and staff in the restaurants with respect to training duties and procedures
Build the Boston Pizza Brand through supporting New Restaurant Openings across Canada
Carry out hands-on training with franchisees, General Managers and Kitchen Managers
Provide training and support during new/re-sale support training
Work with Senior Training Manager on developing training programs and resources
Support franchisees to achieve business goals
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory/management role at a casual dining restaurant
Available for extensive travel for extended periods
Bilingual French and English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Microsoft Teams
Great training and public speaking skills
Agile

Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
