We're looking for a confident, organised, and guest-focused Host to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. This role is all about creating memorable first impressions and ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. As Host, you'll play a key role in managing bookings, handling payments, and supporting the smooth running of daily service. You'll be the central point of contact for guests, chefs, and the wider team—making sure everything flows seamlessly and that every detail is taken care of.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and seat guests professionally if service requires
communicate dietary requirements and special requests to the kitchen
support the team with setup and close-down duties
handle payments including cash, vouchers, deposits, and room charges
maintain clean and organised restaurant service areas
assist with guest feedback
help maintain high service standards
Requirements:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
sharp eye for detail
proactive, team-oriented attitude
comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
confident in handling guest interactions with warmth and professionalism
experience in hospitality or front-of-house role is ideal, but candidates with transferable skills and a genuine passion for guest service are also welcome
