Job Description:

The Restaurant Team Leader at IKEA will lead by example, ensuring a high-quality food service environment while promoting a safety-first culture and excellent customer experience. The role involves supporting business plans, maintaining kitchen standards, and fostering team development.

Job Responsibility:

contribute and support the implementation of the store business plan and IKEA food action plan
promote a safety-first culture
ensure the kitchen is always in optimal state
follow proper processes and procedures in terms of food preparation, safety and waste reduction
actively learn about the food we serve and share knowledge with customers and team members
keep customers in focus ensuring they have a consistently excellent shopping experience

Requirements:

sales driven and service minded with experience of serving customers
passion for food
more than 3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume food service environment
flexible and able to execute action plans
ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
inspired by the IKEA Leadership approach
