Job Description:

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating daily tasks and operations at Rosso Restaurant. You will oversee the service flow during lunch and dinner, ensuring that every guest receives attentive, personalized and consistent service while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation and hospitality. You will support the Restaurant Manager in supervising, developing and mentoring the restaurant team, helping create a strong service culture and ensuring that all guests receive an exceptional and memorable dining experience.

Job Responsibility:

Support the coordination of restaurant service during breakfast, lunch and/or dinner, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards across all sections of the restaurant
Interact directly with guests, offering personalized recommendations, answering questions and ensuring an exceptional and memorable experience
Ensure that mise en place, table settings and service stations are prepared and maintained according to restaurant standards
Train, motivate and supervise the work of restaurant employees, ensuring that all cultural and core standards are met
Help create a welcoming, energetic and service-focused environment, supporting a strong team culture
Ensure that all service equipment and restaurant areas are properly maintained, organized and cleaned according to operational standards

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant supervisory role within luxury hospitality environments
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, with attention to quality, consistency and presentation
Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced operation
Strong guest interaction and communication skills, with a natural service-oriented attitude
Fluent in both Italian and English
