Job Responsibility:

Lead and inspire our talented team during service, ensuring every guest experience is exceptional
Welcome and engage with guests, tailoring service to their needs with genuine warmth
Support operational excellence across the restaurant and bar
Mentor and motivate your team, creating an environment where people grow and thrive
Uphold Harrisons’ reputation as Port Douglas’s hatted, award-winning fine dining destination.

Requirements:

Current RSA certification
Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within hospitality
A self-motivated, energetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Enthusiastic about elevating your career and contributing to a culture of excellence
