Job Description:

Ensure staff collaboration, oversee dining room operations, assist in hiring and training, maintain standards, follow safety policies, and optimize organizational efficiency

Job Responsibility:

Ensure staff is working together as a team
Inspect grooming and attire of staff
Complete opening and closing duties
Inspect storage areas for organization and cleanliness
Complete scheduled inventories
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability and guest well-being
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, counseling, and motivating employees
Follow safety and security policies
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Address guests’ service needs
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Ensure adherence to quality expectations
Identify, recommend, and implement ways to increase efficiency and productivity
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
