Restaurant Supervisor

• Specialist in exceptional and upscale service and, together with your team, create unforgettable moments for our guests
• Lead the shifts in our upscale steak restaurant and be responsible for a smooth service process
• Know what our guests want and have the right feeling for the perfect atmosphere
• Ensure guest and sales-oriented service and look after the department taking into account profitability
• In case of special requests or guest complaints, you are the contact person and ensure a quick solution

• Excellent expertise in coffee and tea preparation as well as the food offer
• Completed an apprenticeship in the hotel or restaurant industry or have already gained several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy
• Experience in a similar position
• Keep a cool head even in stressful situations
• Communicative nature
• Feel comfortable in both German and English
