The Restaurant Supervisor leads daily restaurant operations, ensuring luxury service, training and scheduling, upholding strict cleanliness/hygiene as well as handling guest requests, and supporting the Restaurant Assistant Manager with inventory and quality control.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise the team to deliver attentive service, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure all guest interactions meet Four Seasons standards
Train, coach, schedule, and motivate the front-of-house team, fostering a positive work environment
Oversee daily service flow, cleanliness, setup, inventory, and compliance with health/safety regulations
Assist the Restaurant leaders with reports, ordering, promotions, and new opening activities
Monitor food/beverage quality, menu knowledge, and service consistency
Be engaging and actively contributing to the service whenever needed
Requirements:
High-Energy Mindset: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced beach setting, remaining efficient, friendly, and attentive even during peak service hours
Food & Beverage Knowledge: Familiarity with food and beverage service protocols to ensure safe, accurate, and seamless delivery to guests on the beach or poolside
Clear Communication: Able to read, understand, and speak English fluently, ensuring smooth and professional interactions with both guests and team members
Guest-Focused Approach: A natural passion for hospitality with a desire to provide memorable service and anticipate guest needs before they arise
