Lina Stores is hiring Restaurant Supervisors. Job Responsibility

  • Leading and motivating the front of house team to deliver exceptional service standards
  • Supervising daily restaurant operations and ensuring smooth service throughout each shift
  • Supporting with team training, coaching, and ongoing development
  • Creating memorable guest experiences and managing guest feedback professionally
  • Monitoring service quality, team performance, and operational standards
  • Supporting rota management, opening and closing procedures, and shift organisation
  • Ensuring Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and company standards are consistently maintained
  • Acting as a role model for hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Restaurant Supervisor, Senior Waiter, Head Waiter, or leadership role within hospitality
  • Passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing a busy service while supporting and developing others
  • A proactive problem solver with excellent organisational skills
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, and safety
