Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest service and smooth workflow
  • Lead, train, and motivate service staff while maintaining high hospitality and grooming standards
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly to ensure a personalized dining experience
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service quality, timing, and presentation standards
  • Monitor staffing schedules, inventory levels, and operational costs to support efficiency and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations while upholding the boutique hotel’s brand standards
  • Assist in organizing special events, private dining experiences, and VIP guest services
  • Support management with reporting, cash handling, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel
  • A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail
  • A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality
