Restaurant Supervisor

• Direct staff and serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food and beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Assist managers to maintain normal operations
• The ability to offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness
• The ability to ascertain a guest's satisfaction and handle any problem which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved
• The ability to participate in each meal service, knowing how to set up for breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests

• One to two years previous experience in a line, supervisory or senior server position in F&B
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
