Assist managers to maintain normal operations
The ability to offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness
The ability to ascertain a guest's satisfaction and handle any problem which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved
The ability to participate in each meal service, knowing how to set up for breakfast, lunch and dinner
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
Requirements:
One to two years previous experience in a line, supervisory or senior server position in F&B
An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
