Job Description:

Food and Beverage Supervisor role overseeing daily operations in Food and Beverages outlets at The Westin Brisbane and Four Points by Sheraton, supervising venues including Club Lounge, Settimo, Charles Bar, in-room dining, and Four Points

Job Responsibility:

Oversee daily operations across assigned F&B venues
Monitor staff performance and provide guidance
Conduct pre-shift briefings
Provide warm, friendly and professional service to guests
Monitor quality of food and beverages
Lead section during busy periods
Anticipate and address guest needs
Ensure staff upholds brand values
Assist in monitoring stock levels and placing orders
Conduct regular checks on cash handling, billing and POS system accuracy

Requirements:

Previous supervisory/managerial experience in a similar role or fast-paced environment
Exceptional people management and interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills
The confidence to promote ideas and make sound decisions under pressure
Outgoing, enthusiastic, and approachable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol (Queensland)
Be available to work over a 7-day rotating roster including evenings, early starts, public holidays, and weekends
