  • Sorting and washing dirty and used dishes and utensils
  • Replacing washed dishes and utensils in storage areas
  • Helping in keeping the general restaurant area sanitary and clean (i.e. sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning tables)

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous food and beverage experience is a plus, it is not required
  • Capable of thinking on their feet
  • Able to keep up in high-pressure situations
  • Must be able to carry/lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
