A shift leader is empowered to support management in meeting restaurant goals through the implementation, management and enforcement of company policies, procedures, programs and performance standards. Job Responsibility:
Support management in meeting restaurant goals through implementation, management and enforcement of company policies, procedures, programs and performance standards
Ensure all menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner according to procedures and regulations
Shift Readiness – set up each shift for success through planning, inspection, and anticipation of challenges
Direct Your Shift – lead the shift, maintain standards, keep team positive and focused, take action to correct food or service issues
Follow Up – measure shift results, ensure restaurant is ready for next guest and shift, communicate with management regarding performance and issues
Requirements:
Availability for all shifts (24/7 location)
Required to perform/assist all functions for all positions in the restaurant under certain circumstances
At least 16 years of age
