Job Responsibility:
Deliver omakase-style service with detailed dish explanations
Guide guests through the omakase menu, explaining ingredients, techniques, and chef philosophy
Coordinate closely with sushi chefs, supervisors, managers and other team members
Maintain fine-dining etiquette and guest experience standards
Handle wine/sake service (often sommelier coordination)
Maintain table/counter cleanliness and presentation throughout service
Requirements:
1–3+ years in fine dining, luxury hotel
Experience in sushi, Japanese cuisine, or omakase service, Michelin-level restaurant preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform in a high-pressure, detail-oriented environment
Excellent service etiquette and grooming standards
