The Restaurant Server provides exceptional quality and service to guests of Sézanne Restaurant. In this role, you will deliver a Michelin‑star‑level dining and beverage experience, anticipate guests’ needs, demonstrate deep expertise in the menu offerings, and create memorable moments for every guest.
Job Responsibility:
Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness
Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction
offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards
Requirements:
An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
Must possess legal work authorization for Japan
Must be fluent in English and Japanese business communication
