Job Responsibility:

  • Greeting and seating guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Taking food and beverage orders accurately and confidently
  • Providing menu recommendations and sharing knowledge of our Italian dishes and drinks
  • Delivering food and beverages efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards
  • Ensuring tables are clean, organised, and ready for service
  • Collaborating closely with kitchen and front of house teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Handling guest requests and resolving issues with a positive attitude
  • Maintaining Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

  • Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
  • Previous experience as a Server, Waiter, or Waitress in a busy restaurant environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, energetic, and professional attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
