Restaurant Server

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus, describe daily features, and answer questions about food, beverages, and resort offerings
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them promptly into the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages to guests efficiently and ensure orders are correct
• Monitor tables to anticipate and respond to guest needs
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution
• Process payments accurately, following all procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned sections, service stations, and overall restaurant areas
• Assist team members with side duties including restocking, polishing glassware, and setting tables
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and resort service standards
• Participate in pre-shift meetings, training sessions, and resort events as assigned

• Minimum of one (1) year of previous serving experience in a high-volume or upscale environment preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task under pressure
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft beverages preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Food Handler and Alcohol Service Certifications required (or ability to obtain prior to start)
