Job Responsibility:

Greeting and seating guests with warmth and professionalism
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and confidently
Providing menu recommendations and sharing knowledge of our Italian dishes and drinks
Delivering food and beverages efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards
Ensuring tables are clean, organised, and ready for service
Collaborating closely with kitchen and front of house teams to ensure smooth operations
Handling guest requests and resolving issues with a positive attitude
Maintaining Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
Previous experience as a Server, Waiter, or Waitress in a busy restaurant environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, energetic, and professional attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Excellent attention to detail and service standards
Flexible and reliable with a proactive approach to work
Committed to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
